What is Nutrition Coaching? I experience so many women struggling with one yo-yo diet after another, constantly alternating depriving themselves with overeating or eating all the wrong foods. YES, these diets can support fast weight loss BUT they also support putting it straight back on afterwards! Any diet which is not enjoyable, nutritious and therefore sustainable for life will most likely result in you ending up back where you started.
