Lose Weight by Eating More (oh yes you can!)

I have worked alongside mostly women for many years, and have always been intrigued with the 'cereal bar and diet coke' lunch option. This seems to be a widespread diet choice. Women who I assume want to be healthier? I knew this really didn't seem a sensible choice, so thought I'd investigate further, so looked into a big name brand cereal bar, which claims to be extra healthy and helps you look fab in a swimsuit - Special K Red Berries.
Only 84 calories - amazing you may think! So I checked the label. Main ingredient, wholegrain cereals. Second main ingredient SUGAR. Third main ingredient 'cereal crispies' with ADDED SUGAR. Finally, dried fruit with, yes, ADDED SUGAR. These bars are 32% sugar. And practically zero nutritional value. And yes I like a can of Pepsi Max but we all know it also has no nutritional value and many horrendous chemicals which must do bad things!
And only 84 calories for lunch! These women must be starving! Their metabolisms will slow down to minimum to hang on to those little calories they are provided with. Which means as soon as they get to their weekend treat of takeaway and alcohol, their bodies grab and store every shred of fat they can get, ready for the next days of sugar packed starvation.
So this is how Ultimate Health By Ellie began. It became my mission to work out how to help women who are constantly starving, yo-yo dieting, body shaming, but never actually getting anywhere. My mission became to prove to these women that you CAN eat MORE and lose weight, and in fact if they EAT MORE they are MORE LIKELY to LOSE WEIGHT (you can even have your treats), as long as they are focusing on the right foods.
If you think you might be one of these women, and are ready to make life-long changes, which make you feel healthier, happier, more confident (and no longer deprived!) then you are always welcome to message me for a chat about getting started.
I will leave you with some food for thought...
