Biohacking To Business Success....

Okay, so let's be clear. I can't be responsible for making your business a success. That's on you. BUT I can help you uncover habits which could be start to accelerate you towards better energy, better focus, therefore better productivity.....and therefore better success. Along with better moods, and therefore better conversations and therefore better relationships and yes, again, better success.

Maybe you're already familiar with biohacking. Or maybe this is new to you. Biohacking is a DIY method of human enhancement or augmentation. I can do you workshops or an entire 1:1 programme on this if you want to go to the next level! But, in the meantime, I thought you might like some quick ways to get started....


Biohacking Through Nutrition

Just 3 to get you started. Which could you incorporate daily?


  1. Oily fish. Whether salmon with eggs for your breakfast, tuna salad for lunch, or sardines on rye toast as your post work snack, fatty fish is packed with omega 3s to support brain health and improve cognitive function. Not a fan of fish? How about adding flaxseeds to your oats, salads or smoothies, walnuts to your snacks or avocado to your breakfasts?

  2. Blueberries. I can't be without these little nutrition powerhouses. Packed with antioxidants, they are known to enhance brain health and enhance memory. I have frozen blueberries blended into my favourite macro-balanced shakes. Or you could used them to top your oats or a natural yoghurt.

  3. Tumeric. Its active compound, curcumin, has potent anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties that support cognitive function. Delicious as a seasoning for your chicken and veg!


Biohacking Habits - My Top Three

Again, lets just look at 3 to get you started...

  1. Regular exercise. You knew that one would come up didn't you! But it doesn't have to be running (you won't get me running!) or the gym (though I do love the gym!). Speed walking the dog, going dancing, a quick game of 5-a-side, cycling. Anything that gets that blood flowing, boosting oxygen to the brain, improving memory and cognitive function.

  2. Cold showers. Brace yourself and spin the dial right down at the end of your shower to increase your focus, alertness and mental resilience.

  3. Breathing techniques. You don't have to go off to Bali and meditate to embrace this one. Why don't you start with focused breathing each time you are at red traffic lights or waiting for the kettle to boil?
